π¦ General Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 07Β days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

π Delivery Charges (DC) & Refund Deductions

Delivery charges paid in advance are non-refundable in any case.

If a parcel is returned after full payment, the delivery charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be processed within [3β7 working days] after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
β Fake or Unjustified Returns

In cases where the parcel is returned without valid reason (e.g., the customer refused delivery without any issue in the product), we reserve the right to deny future orders from the same customer.
π Courier Company Return Errors
If your parcel was returned mistakenly by the courier company and not due to your fault:

We will reship the parcel to you at no additional cost.

You must notify us within 24β48 hours of tracking update for such cases.
